Collection of your goods to be anodized or printed can be agreed during the quotation process of your order. If you would like to arrange the transportation of your goods to our premises, this can also be done in accordance with the order completion lead times. Delivery can be arranged to cover the whole of Indonesia no matter how large or small you components or order quantity is. Please contact our team for a further details regarding the logistics available to cover your needs.
Product samples and production trials can be both produced and taken place at our facility for standardised fees depending on the product or service category. The sample fee is charged to produce items in accordance with your specification and will be refunded or discounted from your purchase order after the trial products are approved (deposit paid). Depending on the complexity of your specification the sample fee may be reduced or increased to accommodate for the level of work required. For our long term customers there may be no sample fees for new product trials. Please contact us for more details regarding samples and trials.
In some cases a minimum order quantity may apply such as requesting a custom colour or something similar. The size and complexity of your designs and components will also effect the requirement for a minimum quantity, for instance if your component is more than 2 meters in length then we can accommodate a lower minimum quantity. For most cases, components that are around 100 - 500 millimetres the quantity that you anodize or print with us will effect the cost of service. For our long term customers we may accommodate changes in the minimum order quantity for new products. Please contact our team for more detailed assistance with your enquiry about minimum order quantities.
The cost of processing your components or printing designs in accordance to your specification requires as much information from you as possible. The exact series of material such as aluminium, desired finishes, complexity of design, quantity, turnaround time and similar details are a minimum requirement for us to take your enquiry further. The cost of services or products will be dependant on such factors therefore it is important to share as much detail as possible with us to give you the best help and offers possible.
